Rhea
Ῥέα · Roman 옵스 (Ops)
The Titan goddess who hid her youngest from a husband who swallowed his children.
Sister and wife of Cronus, she bore Hestia, Demeter, Hera, Hades, Poseidon, and Zeus.
Her husband swallowed the first five, so to save the youngest she hid him on the island of Crete and handed over a stone in his place.
The first generation of Olympus, in other words, began with a mother's lie.
