Thanatos
Θάνατος · Roman 모르스 (Mors)
The god who is the moment breath stops.
Son of Nyx, goddess of night, and twin of Hypnos, god of sleep. The Greeks saw sleep and death as brothers.
He was once tricked and chained by Sisyphus — and while he was bound, no one in the world could die.
After Freud paired the death drive with Eros, the life drive, and named it Thanatos, the word settled into psychology.
