Themis
Θέμις · Roman 유스티티아 (Justitia)
The Titan goddess of "what ought to be."
She stands not for individual verdicts but for the norms a society rests on. One tradition says the Delphic oracle was originally hers.
She sat as Zeus's counselor, charged with convening the assemblies of the gods.
The statue of the goddess holding scales outside courthouses descends from this lineage.
